This position entails floor sales, customer service, greeting and assisting visiting, answering phone inquiries, processing orders, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Administering daily store operations.
- Greeting and directing visitors.
- Offering aid and assistance.
- Providing information on products and pricing.
- Providing customers with purchasing recommendations and guidance.
- Responding to and directing phone calls.
- Processing customer orders.
- Resolving any problems or issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring inventory.
- Assist with arranging display cases, windows and floor displays.
- Assist with maintaining proper store maintenance and appearance.
Requirements:
