Sales

An Appraisal Firm is seeking a Sales Representative.
This position will undertake sales and company expansion efforts, devise effective means of achieving company growth goals, and communicate with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain a comprehensive understand of the Firm's operations and client base.
  • Conceptualize effective ways of reaching new clients and gaining new accounts.
  • Communicate with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Present company's services in a clear, concise, and attractive manner.
  • Conduct negotiations.
  • Sign up new clients.
  • Remain on-call to resolve client inquires or refer them to appropriate parties.
  • Report to executive management.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of successful and proven sales experience.
  • Previous work experience in Finance or Real Estate is preferred.
  • Exemplary interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong researching skills.
  • Highly motivated and detail oriented.
  • Professional and personable.
  • Computer skills.

Location: Brooklyn, NY
Salary: $75K
