A prominent Insurance firm is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. This role requires a strong leader who can both manage a team and maintain direct relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of client relations, be skilled in managing accounts, and demonstrate the ability to drive business growth while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Oversee operations of the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and adherence to company standards and policies.
Manage and develop a team of employees, currently 2 managers, to ensure efficient workflow and high employee morale.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly managing your own book of business Ensure excellent client service, addressing client needs and concerns, and providing solutions that meet their insurance requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients to build trust, demonstrate knowledge, and secure ongoing commitments.
Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, offering expertise and guidance to maintain long-term relationships.
Continuously assess and improve internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with senior management to establish and implement strategic business objectives.
Contribute to business development efforts, identifying opportunities to expand and grow the client base.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for team performance, client retention, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a management role within the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of client relationship management and account servicing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and gain trust from clients.
Ability to manage and motivate a team, driving performance and achieving business goals.
Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.
