A Therapy Center is seeking an In-House Recruiter to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to support the growth of the center, with a focus on finding top talent for therapy-related positions. This role requires strong recruitment skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with department managers to meet staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle for all open positions at the therapy center, including job postings, resume screening, candidate interviews, and offers.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, with a focus on attracting qualified therapy professionals (e.g., physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists).
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies for different roles.
Build and maintain relationships with local universities, professional organizations, and industry groups to create a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Screen applicants to ensure they meet the qualifications and culture fit for the therapy center.
Administer skills assessments and coordinate background checks and credential verification as part of the hiring process.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive compensation packages, and talent availability in the therapy field.
Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are successfully integrated into the organization.
Track and report on key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
Support employee retention initiatives by maintaining communication with new hires and providing ongoing support.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an in-house recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role, preferably in a healthcare or therapy-related environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Familiarity with sourcing and recruiting for therapy positions (e.g., physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment efforts simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor).
Knowledge of labor laws and healthcare hiring regulations.
