A Wellness Clinic is seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor to lead a team of Case Managers in a clinical social work setting. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the management of case documentation, ensuring compliance with established protocols, and supporting the Case Managers in their efforts to provide high-quality care to clients. Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of Case Managers, providing guidance and leadership in case documentation and client care management.
Ensure that all case documentation meets the highest standards of quality and compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
Review and evaluate case files to ensure thoroughness, accuracy, and timely submission of all required documentation.
Provide ongoing training and professional development for Case Managers to ensure they are well-equipped to meet the needs of clients and fullfil their roles effectively.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance the skills and performance of Case Managers.
Act as a point of escalation for complex cases, offering expertise and solutions to ensure client care is delivered appropriately.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to maintain continuity of care for clients.
Monitor team productivity and ensure that Case Managers are meeting their caseload targets and maintaining high standards of service.
Stay current with relevant regulations, best practices, and clinical guidelines to ensure the team’s compliance and adherence to ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of case documentation requirements and clinical standards.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage a large team and provide effective supervision and mentorship.
Proficient in using case management software and other relevant technologies.
