A leading construction company specializing in high-quality apartment renovations is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to oversee their apartment renovations department. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in construction project management, particularly in residential renovations. The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of apartment renovation projects from inception to completion.
Develop project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to financial goals.
Create and maintain project schedules, coordinate resources, and manage timelines to meet project milestones.
Ensure renovations meet company standards and client expectations for quality and craftsmanship.
Select, negotiate with, and manage subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and performance expectations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the renovation process. Provide regular updates on project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure safety on site.
Supervise and mentor project teams, including project managers, supervisors, and support staff. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
Experience in construction project management, with a focus on residential renovations.
