Recruitment & Marketing

A prominent health clinic is seeking a Spanish speaking dynamic individual to join their health clinic team in the role of Recruitment and Marketing, Business, and Funding Development Specialist. This multifaceted position requires a unique blend of skills in recruitment, marketing, business development, and securing funding opportunities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare, possess strong interpersonal and strategic abilities, and be adept at fostering partnerships and driving growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
Coordinate with HR to streamline hiring processes, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain relationships with educational institutions, job boards, and professional networks to source talent.

Marketing and Brand Management:
Create and execute marketing plans to enhance the clinic's visibility and reputation in the community.
Develop compelling messaging and materials for various channels, including digital platforms, print media, and community outreach programs.
Monitor and analyze marketing efforts to optimize campaigns and ensure alignment with clinic goals.
Business Development:
Identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the clinic's services and patient base.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions and market positioning.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop business proposals, negotiate contracts, and implement new initiatives.

Funding and Grant Development:
Research funding opportunities from governmental agencies, foundations, and other sources.
Prepare grant proposals, funding applications, and business plans to secure financial support for clinic programs and initiatives.
Manage relationships with funding agencies and donors, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.

Collaboration and Leadership:
Work closely with clinic leadership to align recruitment, marketing, business development, and funding strategies with organizational goals.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members involved in related projects or initiatives.
Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the clinic to drive continuous improvement and achieve objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, marketing, business development, and/or fundraising within the healthcare sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing successful initiatives.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and results orientation.

Full time position with remote work flexibility
Travel for meeting and events

Location: Lakewood, NJ
Salary: $59K
