Salesperson

A Title Insurance Company is looking for a Remote Title Insurance Sales Representative. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting our title insurance products and services to prospective clients. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to leverage your experience and expertise in the title insurance industry from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients in the real estate industry.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, attorneys, and other key stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
Educate clients on the benefits of title insurance and our company’s unique value proposition.
Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular reports to measure performance against targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond

Requirements:
Proven track record of success in title insurance sales.
Strong understanding of title insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with a virtual team.
This is a commission-based position with the opportunity for uncapped earning potential.
