Sales Representative

:A leading sourcing and product development company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, primarily targeting businesses seeking sourcing and product development services overseas. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by effectively communicating the value proposition of our services and converting leads into long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address clients' specific needs and objectives.
Present proposals and negotiate terms and agreements with prospective clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales.
Strong understanding of sourcing, product development, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders.
Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving and surpassing sales goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
