COO

A rapidly growing company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO). Expertise in implementing and managing operations utilizing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) a plus. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our company's day-to-day operations while fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and long-term goals.
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute operational strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Drive process optimization and standardization initiatives to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive operational excellence and innovation.

Qualifications:
Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
Excellent leadership and management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with experience managing budgets and driving financial performance.
Relevant industry experience
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to drive results independently.
Proven leadership and operations scaling experience, especially in healthcare.
EOS implementation experience is a plus.
