Medical Regional Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the efficient functioning of our network of 30+ medical facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations. They will be responsible for ensuring that each facility operates smoothly, meets regulatory standards, and delivers high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership and direction to facility managers and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of facility managers and staff.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and protocols to standardize practices across facilities and optimize efficiency.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of each facility and identify areas for improvement.
Develop strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance revenue generation.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and healthcare industry best practices.
Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that all facilities deliver high-quality patient care and maintain patient safety standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with clinical leaders to implement evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and development of the medical facilities network.
Identify market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Drive initiatives to enhance the reputation and market position of the medical facilities network.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
