Account Manager

A  lighting company is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an In-House Sales Representative. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales skills, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the success of our company.

Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries from customers via phone, email.
Provide product information, pricing, and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to purchase, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems.
Coordinate with other departments, such as inventory management and shipping, to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
Follow up with customers to confirm order details, provide updates on order status, and address any concerns or questions.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers to understand their ongoing lighting needs and preferences.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to maximize sales revenue.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers to nurture loyalty and drive repeat business.
Assist with sales-related administrative tasks, such as preparing quotes, processing returns, and updating customer records.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, set targets, and achieve sales goals.
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical aptitude and ability to learn and articulate technical product details.
Proficiency in computers
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
