VP Of Operations

A payroll company is seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing all operational functions within the company. This role involves overseeing various departments to ensure seamless coordination, resource allocation, and adherence to company objectives and standards. The VP of Operations reports directly to the CEO or President and collaborates with other executives to drive organizational success.




  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and efficiency measures to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

  • Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources, including budgeting, staffing, equipment, and technology. Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

  • Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to operational teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. Set clear goals and expectations, and empower team members to achieve success.


  • Proven experience in operational leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry

  • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve results

  • Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools for operations management

Location: Upstate, NY

Salary: $275K
