Office Admin

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our distribution operations. The primary focus will be on optimizing efficiency, ensuring product quality and safety, managing inventory, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers and customers.


  • Lead and supervise the daily operations of the distribution center, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.

  • Develop and implement operational procedures to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and maintain quality standards.

  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing carrying costs and obsolescence.

  • Implement inventory management systems and procedures for accurate tracking, replenishment, and cycle counting.

  • Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and service agreements.

  • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, reliability, and responsiveness, and address any issues or discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations.

  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights and improve service levels.


  • Experience in warehouse management, preferably in the food distribution industry.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Quickbooks

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational demands in a fast-paced environment.
