A real estate developer firm is seeking a skilled and experienced CFO. This position will oversee finance and accounting operations.


  • Oversee all financial operations and accounting functions of the organization.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's short-term and long-term goals.

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership.

  • Manage the company's cash flow, investments, and capital structure to ensure financial stability and growth.

  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, and implement appropriate risk management strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, laws, and accounting standards.

  • Lead the finance team and provide guidance and mentorship to finance professionals.

  • Collaborate with other C-suite executives to align financial objectives with the overall business strategy.

  • Represent the company's financial interests to external stakeholders, such as investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.



  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in senior-level finance or accounting roles, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a finance team.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial information for non-financial stakeholders.

  • Thorough understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.

  • Proficient in using financial software and data analysis tools.

  • Strategic mindset and ability to think critically about the company's financial future.

  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic business environment.

  • Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term goals.

  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to upholding financial integrity.
