HR Specialist

A tech-services company is seeking a skilled HR Specialist. As an HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the talent acquisition and retention processes, focusing on hiring, employer retention, development, and performance management. Your responsibilities will include candidate screening, conducting interviews, profiling candidates, facilitating onboarding procedures, and mastering the company's HR platform.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Hiring:

  • Conduct thorough candidate screening to identify qualified candidates.

  • Facilitate and conduct interviews with potential candidates.

  • Work on profiling candidates to ensure a cultural fit within the organization.

  • Administer onboarding procedures, ensuring a seamless integration for new hires.

  • Master the company's HR platform to effectively support hiring processes.

2. Employer Retention:

  • Implement strategies for employee recognition, career growth, and feedback.

  • Identify and provide opportunities for employee development.

  • Administer rewards programs to motivate and retain employees.

  • Conduct surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and address concerns.

3. Development:

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to understand organizational goals.

  • Design and set up training and development programs aligned with company objectives.

  • Measure success for promotions and career advancement.

4. Performance Management:

  • Set up goals for employees and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to assess progress toward set goals.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

  • Utilize HR technology to streamline performance management processes.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and talent management.

  • Strong understanding of HR technology and platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the leadership team.

  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement training and development programs.

  • Familiarity with performance management principles and practices.
