ABA Program Director

An ABA services provider is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program Director. The ABA Program Director will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our ABA program, ensuring the highest quality of care and adherence to regulatory and company standards. This position requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of ABA principles and practices.

Responsibilities:

    • Conduct initial assessments and intake processes for new clients.
    • Collaborate with clinical staff to develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
    • Ensure timely and efficient communication with clients and their families regarding intake procedures and expectations.
    • Provide supervision and support to case managers, including regular meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing training.
    • Review and approve client progress reports and treatment plans developed by case managers.
    • Address any concerns or issues related to client care and case management in a timely and effective manner.
    • Stay up-to-date on all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to ABA services.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Work closely with billing and administrative staff to ensure accurate and timely submission of insurance claims.
    • Stay informed about insurance guidelines and requirements for ABA services.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff regarding insurance billing procedures and documentation requirements.
    • Uphold company values, mission, and policies in all aspects of program operations.
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic goals and objectives for the ABA program.
    • Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development among staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques, as well as experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead daily operations and lead a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
