Retail Sales

A retail electronics store is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Associate. This position includes customer service, greeting visitors, offering assistance, providing guidance and suggestions, answering phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing customer orders, placing retail orders, monitoring inventory, arranging display cases, and ensuring proper store maintenance and leading store staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily store operations.
  • Offering aid and assistance.
  • Screening and directing phone calls.
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Monitoring inventory.
  • Accepting and sorting deliveries.
  • Monitoring order shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Customer service, correcting problems, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Vendor communications, maintaining successful relations and solving any difficulties.
  • Arranging displays. Ensuring proper store maintenance.
  • Greeting and directing visitors.
  • Employing best industry practices to achieve maximum output and productivity with customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of related work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service capabilities.
  • Highly motivated and dedicated.
  • Efficient and goal oriented.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Ability to multitask, with good time management skills.
