Sales

A packaging supplies Manufacturer and Distributor is seeking an experienced and motivated Business-to-Business Sales Representative.

The focus of the Sales Rep will be to expand the client base and maintain existing accounts. 

Responsibilities:

  • Devise methods to increase client base.
  • Identify potential clients and new markets.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients.
  • Research client’s needs and present a sales pitch that emphasizes company products tailored for client’s needs.
  • Conduct negotiations and closings.
  • Follow up on all pending accounts.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain existing client relations, periodically contact existing clients, confirm ongoing client satisfaction and solicit new sales.
  • Track developing industry trends, proactively meet client’s evolving needs and employ best industry practices to achieve maximum sales quotients.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably B2B/Corporate sales.
  • Knowledge within the packaging industry is preferred. 
  • Proven record of setting and surpassing sales goals.
  • Skilled at researching and creating targeted sales pitches.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills.
  • Networking and communications proficiency.
  • Customer Service and Client Relations skills.
  • Highly aggressive and motivated.
  • Goal driven and detail oriented.
  • Efficient and methodical.
