Account Manager

An IT-Services Company is seeking an Account Manager.
This position will function as client's point of contact, provide them with assistance as applicable, ensure their satisfaction, and solicit ongoing sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Be familiar with each client's account and their needs.
  • Act as point of contact for clients. Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance in a timely manner. Provide assistance as able; direct escalated concerns to appropriate parties; and follow up on open tickets to confirm timely and accurate resolution.
  • Keep informed of company services and products.
  • Contact clients with promotions, new products, contract renewals, etc.
  • Maintain client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or account management.
  • Must be tech-savvy and have the ability to learn new tech-based applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Detail oriented, efficient, and dedicated.
  • Professional and amiable.

Location: Brooklyn, NY
Salary: $80K
