A medical billing Software Company is seeking a Liaison and Tester to join their team.
This position will collaborate with end users and developers, ensure requests are processed in a timely fashion, and help test/resolve new software applications and issues.
- Communicate with users to understand their requirements, needs, and feedback regarding software features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, programmers and end-users, ensuring clear and effective communication between parties.
- Gather and document user requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
- Collaborate with programmers to ensure that the implemented features align with the users' needs and expectations.
- Conduct thorough testing of the software to identify any bugs, issues, or deviations from the desired functionality.
- Document and report any identified issues or bugs to the development team, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing their questions, concerns, and issues related to the software.
- Document release notes and user guides.
- Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with programmers and users.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in documenting requirements and creating functional specifications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
