An elevator installation and maintenance company is seeking an experienced and capable outside sales representative.
The ideal candidate will identify and obtain new client accounts, formulate and present sales presentations, conduct negotiations, service existing clients, maintain client relations, provide timely responses to all client requests, and resolve any account difficulties.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients, craft and present sales presentations, handle negotiations and close contracts.
- Formulate service contracts to meet each client’s individualized needs.
- Handle new client on-boarding.
- Build and maintain client relations.
- Interface with clients to ensure services are being provided in a timely and accurate fashion.
- On-call to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain thorough records.
- Report to company management.
- Employ best practices to achieve ideal sales quotients and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3 years of related work experience.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written.
- Knowledge of Sales practices with proven successful Sales record.
- Highly skilled at negotiation and client relations.
- Capable of conducting thorough research.
- Skilled at crafting and presenting targeted sales presentations.
- Aggressive and motivated.
- Diligent and detail oriented.
- Capable of work prioritization, time management and multitasking.
- Professional and genial manner.
