A nation-wide lighting equipment retailer is seeking a skilled and capable in-house Sales Representative.
This position will communicate with clients, negotiate contract, and organize order fulfilment.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain ties with existing clients, routinely contact them for updates and to solicit new orders.
- Communicate with new clients, assist with onboarding, and remain in touch with them to ensure their satisfaction.
- Contract potential clients, cold calls, etc. Present a targeted sales presentation and negotiate new contract.
- On-call to address client inquiries regarding new or existing orders, products, pricing, shipments, etc.
- Work to resolve any issues as efficiently as possible.
- Oversee order fulfilment and present tracking info upon client request.
- Employ best practices to ensure efficient operations, maximum sales quotients, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven successful sales record.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral, written, and over the phone.
- Skilled negotiator and problem solver.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Professional, motivated, and personable.
- Computer skills.
Location: Central, NJ
Salary + Commission: $75K+
