A Construction Firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager for new developments in Florida.
This position will oversee all aspects of the construction project and report to an out-of-state Executive Team.
Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for new and ongoing construction projects.
- Act as a local representative of the company's owners and executive team.
- Oversee and supervise all project details and developments.
- Conceptualize and implement effective work policies.
- Hire and train employees.
- Cut work orders and establish project timelines.
- Track ongoing work progress.
- Resolve any issues or difficulties.
- Remain in constant communication with on-site team and track all ongoing activity.
- Communicate with building crews and leaders, site managers, architects, and inspectors.
- Help navigate all permits and legal processes.
- Keep comprehensive activity reports.
- Report to out-of-state executive team.
Requirements:
- 3 years of related work experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction and real estate development.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong research skills and highly detail oriented.
- Efficient with good time management skills.
- Supervisory aptitude.
- Skilled problem-solver.
