A lighting equipment Retailer and Distributor is seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Rep.
This position will communicate with client through various company platforms, respond to inquiries, and help resolve any issues.
Responsibilities:
- Keep track of company customer service channels including phones, email, and website.
- Sort through inquiries and assign them priority in order of arrival and importance.
- Respond to all inquiries in a timely and accurate fashion.
- For escalated cases, open a ticket and refer to appropriate parties for resolution. Track open ticket to ensure it is addressed promptly.
- Provide assistance to customers in areas of product or price inquiries, order status, invoice adjustments, damage claims, back-order processing, or any other concerns.
- Work with sales team, warehouse team, and logistics team to help resolve open tickets as applicable.
- Record comprehensive encounter records.
- Report to management.
Requirements:
- Strong background in customer service. B2B is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable problem solver.
- Detail oriented and efficient.
- Computer skills.
