A Logistics Company is seeking an experienced and highly capable Operations & Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate will oversee operations, direct work efforts, confirm effective duty completion, communicate with clients, help expand the Sales Team, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Establish effective work policies.
- Oversee and monitor daily operations.
- Inspect and confirm work quality.
- Direct the hiring and training of new employees.
- Conduct performance reviews and discipline employees as necessary.
- Devise operational protocols for client accounts.
- Conduct work reviews to confirm procedural adherence.
- Interface with clients, builds strong relationships, resolve escalated concerns and ensure client satisfaction is maintained.
- Consistently strive to improve and expand existing operations.
- Identify any areas for operational improvement or expansion.
- Expand and work closely with the Sales Team to identify and obtain new clients accounts.
- Communicate with clients and executive management to provide updates.
Requirements:
- 3 years of operations management experience; knowledge of Logistics is a plus. Sales knowledge and aptitude.
