A healthcare services firm is seeking a capable Executive Assistant for two company Executives.
Duties include providing administrative support and project management assistance, communicating with internal and external entities, assisting with special projects and completing other related duties.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive in managing the Executive’s time with the utmost efficiency.
- Interfacing with various entities on behalf of the Executive.
- Drafting and editing various contract and business documents.
- Managing calendars; coordinating and scheduling meetings.
- Scheduling domestic travel arrangements.
- Following ongoing projects, assisting as appropriate and providing updates to the Executive.
- Developing relationships with internal and external sources, communicating with internal and external entities and ensuring proper flow of internal/external information.
- Attending meetings as necessary and handling all pertaining follow-ups.
- While performing the functions above, work to develop, and demonstrate a working knowledge, of the company’s structure, operations, policies and procedures, to become a valuable resource.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Ability to understand what to work on without guidance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good project tracking/management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Strong organization skills with ability to prioritize work and work independently.
- High standards and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to flourish in a collaborative, team-based environment.
