An internal Construction company is seeking a capable Sales Support Agent.
This position communicates with clients, responds to inquires, facilitates order processing, and resolves discrepancies.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquires in a timely fashion.
- Provide information and guidance on products, services, prices, timelines and more.
- Help processes client orders by putting together order information and passing order info to appropriate Teams.
- Keep clients appraised of order status and developments upon request.
- Help resolve any issues or complaints related to orders. Refer escalated concerns to appropriate parties and confirm resolution.
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and collections.
- Maintain comprehensive records. Update records regularly to reflect daily account developments.
- Act as intermediary between clients and other company personnel, ensuring proper flow of information.
- Perform other related duties.
Requirements:
- Related work experience in a customer service and support.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Detail oriented and motivated.
- Professional manner.
- Computer skills.
