A financial services company is seeking to hire a junior account manager.
This position will oversee and processes client account administration, and communicate with clients on various financial matters.
- Assume responsibility of assigned accounts.
- Communicate with clients to obtain and clarify information, and to give periodical status briefings.
- Administer client accounts in accordance with company protocols.
- Complete financial entries in QuickBooks and similar software systems.
- Complete account reconciliations, reports, and data analysis.
- Report to department managers.
- Previous work experience.
- QuickBooks skills and knowledge.
- Basic finance knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Diligent and motivated.
