An accounting firm is seeking an Associate to join their team.
This position will aid with client account administration and perform various finance-related support duties.
- Conduct analysis, corrections, and data entry on assigned client accounts.
- Analyse data; identify any inaccuracies or errors; and work with clients and internal teams to resolve them.
- Review accounts payable and accounts receivable accounts.
- Review accounts and perform monthly/yearly reconciliations.
- Review reconciled accounts.
- Generate account statements and reports.
- Provide analysis upon request.
- Related work experience.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping/finance and QuickBooks.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Professional and personable manner.
