A ABA services provider is seeking a skilled patient intake specialist.
This position will review incoming patient files and referrals, confirm insurance coverage and compliance, and arrange setup of patient services.
Responsibilities:
- Review referrals and new patient accounts.
- Analyze insurance benefits and specifications.
- Confirm patient eligibility for various healthcare services.
- Interface with HMOs and insurance companies.
- Processes approvals and renewals for services.
- Refer approved cases to dedicated case workers who organize services.
- Complete other related tasks.
