A Food Distributor is seeking an Executive Assistant for their Sales Manager.
This position will assist with administrative, sales processing, and project management tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondence and other formal documents.
- Run commission reports.
- Assist manager in sales training.
- Plan and schedule regular meetings with the sales staff.
- Manage and update customer files.
- Assist with presentations and reports.
- Provide backup support for the sales team.
- Hold self and manager accountable.
- Other administrative tasks as necessary.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of related work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Basic understanding of math and bookkeeping skills.
- Microsoft Office and Google Suite proficiency and the ability to quickly learn an in-house database.
