A Real Estate firm is seeking to hire a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, as well as experience in administrative support.
This position is responsible for providing support to the CEO, managing projects and tasks related to various ventures, as well as personal ventures on behalf of the CEO.
- Provide executive and administrative support to the executive, including scheduling appointments, and managing phone calls and emails.
- Assist with projects related to various ventures, including real estate development, construction, finance, banking, etc.
- Manage and maintain a busy calendar, and schedule appointments.
- Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and organize meetings and events.
- Provide support for various projects and ventures.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact.
- Assist with Executive's personal matters in a discreet manner.
- Proactive self-starter, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills..
