A large consumer goods Retailer is seeking a Director of Ecommerce.
This is a leadership opportunity that will play a decisive role in impacting organizational direction across company brands and energize forward momentum in a high growth and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for creating and
implementing strategies.
The candidate will need to embrace the concept of being accountable for their own actions as well as their team and understand what is necessary to accomplish the work.
Responsibilities:
Oversee Sales Operations:
? Oversee customer service
? Oversee execution of marketing strategy
? Ensure cataloging of products
? Manage all in house items
Strategy and Planning:
? Create new retail opportunities (online)
? Create closeout strategy
? Set up structure to handle non-Amazon channels
? Research new channels
? Create revenue growth strategy
? Research viability of in-house accounts
? Develop house item strategy
Team Management:
? Promote idea sharing
? Attend leadership meetings
? Participate in organization activities
? Participate in personnel development
Select Accounts Management:
? Manage All Ecommerce market places
? Support Amazon relationship
? Manage Amazon Issues
Requirements:
? 5+ years of experience Ecommerce in sales and business development. Experience in designing sales and
marketing strategy, creating KPI’s, and managing Ecommerce accounts.
? Have a high-level level of business acumen.
? Exhibit superior communication skills.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
? Reporting software experience- Power BI, is a plus.
? Pre-established relationships with large retail companies is a plus.
? Bachelor’s degree or higher in business related area of study is a plus.
