A P&C insurance brokerage firm is seeking a skilled and capable Account Executive.
This position takes ownership of assigned accounts, conducts research, determines which policies will best serve client’s need, drafts policies and terms, communicates with banks and other entities, and administers all relevant paperwork and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting research into potential client’s and client’s holdings, obtaining and reviewing necessary paperwork and information.
- Providing recommendations and determining which policies and insurances will best serve client’s needs.
- Interfacing with insurance companies, banks, and other entities on behalf of clients.
- Obtaining necessary paperwork and processing all procedures on behalf of clients.
- Conducting negotiations and closings.
- Following through on all pending cases to satisfactory conclusion.
- Report to company management.
- Employing best industry practices to achieve maximum results and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of related work experience.
- Knowledge of P&C Insurance.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Superior interpersonal skills.
- Customer relations aptitude.
- Highly detail oriented and efficient.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive research.
- Motivated and goal oriented.
- Professional and amiable manner.
- Computer proficiency.
