A Food Distributor is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent.
This position will respond to customer inquires, provide assistance, and process orders.
Responsibilities:
- Answers customer calls and emails.
- Provide information on products, pricing, and in-processes orders.
- Refer escalated requests to appropriate parties and follow up to confirm satisfactory resolution.
- Track order que and ensure all requests are processed in a timely fashion.
- Delete items on backorder from invoices.
- Enters customer orders into OE System.
- Maintain activity records.
Requirements:
- Previous work experience.
- Strong customer service aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good phone skills.
- Detail oriented and efficient.
- Professional and motivated.
