A Food Distributor is seeking an experienced and qualified Customer Service Manager.
The customer service manager will direct the customer service department, direct and monitor employee activity, offer guidance and support, intercede in escalated situations, resolve conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer service department.
- Generate and enforce guidelines and procedures.
- Direct all employees.
- Assign duties and responsibilities.
- Oversee staff training, guidance and support.
- Monitor employee activity.
- Intercede in escalated instances.
- Conflict resolution, processing and solving escalated client complaints and difficult situations.
- Maintain a productive and cohesive customer service department with smooth daily workflow.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
