A cleaning company is seeking a highly capable COO.
The ideal candidate will oversee internal and external operations, supervise staff, direct operations, and promote ideal operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Establish work policies.
- Oversee daily operations.

- Ensure and confirm work quality.
- Oversee hiring and training of new employees.
- Conduct performance reviews and discipline employees as necessary.

- Enforce work schedules and time tables.
- Ensure any client requests are addressed in a timely manner.
