This position includes customer service, customer assistance, providing guidance and suggestions, answering phone inquiries, processing customer orders, monitoring inventory, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive understanding of company products.
- Greeting and assisting visitors.
- Responding to inquiries regarding products and pricing.
- Providing purchasing insight and recommendations.
- Processing customer orders.
- Monitoring order deliveries and ensuring timely delivery.
- Customer service, correcting problems, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Employing best industry practices to achieve maximum sales output and productivity with customer satisfaction.
